Our good friend John Welbourn of CrossFit Football and a VERY special guest of the upcoming SPEAR/PDR Summer Training Camp, is holding a CF Football Certification June 19-20 in Cookevilles, Tennessee. The Cert takes place at Tennessee Tech’s weight room and on their field – an amazing venue for CF Football’s inaugural event.
If you’re a coach of any team sport, particularly contact sports like football, this training could add that extra level of S&C your team needs.
