I see you’ll be instructing SPEAR for Firearms Instructors at ILEETA. Is there a registration process to reserve a spot, and if so, are there any left? Thanks!

hi, i train in the martial arts for several years now… i must say your system, insights, way of teaching ( knowing somthing does not mean one has the ability to transfer it ), are one of the most imppressive i’v seen in years. seeing some of your work on the web makes me sorry i’m outside the u.s. guess i’ll have to picup what i can from your dvd’s and books. but where do i start ? so much information to absorb, so many dvd’s. can you give me a short “rode map ” through your products, if one wants to learn and train with a partner in street self defence along with your virtual help…

Sir, if you could send me any information on your programs so that I can send soldiers to your training seminars that would be great. I am an O/C at the JRTC in Ft Polk, La. This would be a great experience for our NCO’s prior to them going back to the line.

S.P.E.A.R.™ SYSTEM Instructor Certification Training (M/LE)”, tengo un pequeño centro de formación para Policias donde imparto clases de tecnicas de intervención policial.
Como ya le dije en su día estaría muy interesado en que viniese a mi pais para poder realizar un seminario.
No se si he entendido bien en la información que da en su pagina web, pero estaría interesado en que me enviasen el material necesario para poder ir trabajando y entrenando antes de desplazarme a USA, y en todo caso cuanto habría que pagar por este material.
Espero que nos veamos pronto, ya sea en mi pais o en el suyo.

Trying to find out when you do another Crossfit Level 1 cert….I have been trying to make it to onew for a while now and they have always been filled up before I can get registered…I am active duty Navy working over at Dam Neck…

The Level 1 certs are run through CF HQ. Basically we get called when they want to get back to VAB.
We are renovating now and have installed a full CF affiliate within our walls go to http://www.crossfitobsession.com for the schedule. Classes are pretty insane and flexible.

Mac, sorry for the long delay, our MTT has been on the road for 9 weeks straight. I was actually going to be at Polk but a CoC shifted our dates.
