Renowned CrossFit coach, Brendan Gilliam (alumni of the original CrossFit crew/Santa Cruz) recently moved to Virginia Beach, VA to initiate a pilot conditioning & fitness program for the 200+ staff at ADS Inc., one of the world’s leading military & law enforcement logistics companies. The ‘facility’, as it’s known to insiders, is not open to the public.
